Subscription mechanics
Subscriptions are the product, so the engine handles cadence (monthly, quarterly), pause/resume, payment retries, dunning, and churn-recovery flows out of the box. Box composition rules and cohort assignment plug into the same backend.
Cross-market sync
Real-time syncing keeps member profiles, order history, addresses and box-status accurate across every country site. A member can move between markets and see consistent state.
Mobile-first by necessity
Eight in ten users browse, buy and manage subscriptions from a phone. We rebuilt the mobile experience around speed: smaller payloads, fewer redirects, faster checkout, image and asset optimisation across the catalogue.
Payments at scale
Multi-currency processing with AltaPay and Adyen, with strict reliability testing. Failed payments cascade through retry logic before they hit a member as a missed box.
