- Real-time spending-limit notifications during checkout
What they needed.
TTI Group — the parent of Milwaukee, Ryobi and AEG — wanted to give their European workforce exclusive access to premium products through a private-sales platform. The brief: an internal commerce experience that's fair, fast and operationally lightweight, integrated with SAP across 18 regional sites.
The work, in detail.
Spending fairness, in code
Employees are restricted by annual spending and product purchase caps that recalculate after returns. Limits are categorised by brand, product type and employee group so allocation feels fair across the workforce.
SAP across 18 sites
Live SAP synchronisation drives inventory, pricing and order updates across 18 regional websites. A custom warehouse-selection mechanism picks the right fulfilment node per order to keep delivery times tight and logistics cost reasonable.
PIM keeps content fresh
PIM-driven product data means weekly automated syncs of attributes, images and pricing — a job that used to be manual is now a background task. Editorial owns the product story; the platform keeps the catalogue accurate.
