Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Run lifecycle, retention and CRM programs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud for global e-commerce brands. Email, SMS, push, journeys, segmentation — owned end-to-end with the storefront, not handed over a wall.
What you'll do
The work.
- Design and implement journeys in Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio)
- Build segmentation, AMPscript, SQL data extensions and Server-Side JavaScript
- Wire SFMC into the storefront and CRM — events, profile attributes, transactional triggers
- Run measurement: deliverability, A/B tests, attribution, holdouts
- Pair with the e-commerce team during launches and seasonal campaigns
What we need
Must-haves.
- 3+ years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud in production
- Strong AMPscript, SQL data extensions, Server-Side JS
- Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio and at least one of Mobile / Advertising / Cloud Pages
- Working English for written briefs and client calls
Nice to have
Bonus, not blockers.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Experience integrating SFMC with Magento, Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- CDP experience (Salesforce CDP, Segment, mParticle)
