Shopify Developer
Build and ship Shopify and Shopify Plus storefronts for global DTC and enterprise brands. Custom themes, Hydrogen storefronts, checkout extensibility — production-grade work, with a senior team that reviews everything.
What you'll do
The work.
- Implement Shopify and Shopify Plus storefronts — custom Liquid themes and Hydrogen / React storefronts
- Build apps and theme extensions where the Shopify standard does not fit the brief
- Wire up payments, checkout extensibility, scripts, B2B and Markets
- Work directly with PMs, designers and clients during sprints — no telephone game
- Own performance: Core Web Vitals, third-party-script discipline, image pipelines
What we need
Must-haves.
- 3+ years building production Shopify stores
- Strong Liquid, JS/TS, HTML and modern CSS
- Hands-on with at least one of: Hydrogen, Remix, Next.js, Vue / Nuxt
- Comfortable with Git, code review and writing readable PRs
- Working English — written and spoken — for client conversations
Nice to have
Bonus, not blockers.
- Shopify Plus experience (scripts, Functions, B2B, Markets Pro)
- Open-source theme or app contributions
- Klaviyo, Algolia / Klevu, Recharge or other ecosystem integration experience
