How do I know which platform to pick?

We run a two-week platform-fit discovery that evaluates your catalog, team, budget and trajectory against Magento, Shopify Plus and Medusa. You get a written recommendation you can take to your board — even if we are not the build partner.

I have an existing store. Is this still the right service?

Probably not. Launch assumes a greenfield build with no legacy data, customers or SEO equity to preserve. If you have an existing store you want to move or upgrade, see Replatform & Upgrade — that engagement adds data migration, URL preservation and parallel-running cutover.

What about post-launch?

Two weeks of included hypercare, then an optional Managed Commerce retainer. Most clients roll into retainer on day 15.
