Endota Spa — Australia's largest day-spa network — needed a digital home that matched the calibre of the in-spa experience. Founded in 2000, franchised since 2004, the brand operates 100+ spas across Australia, distributes 180+ products to 11 countries, and runs both online wellness programmes and the Endota Wellness College.

Wellness brand, online
The site has to feel like the spa: calming, considered, unhurried. The visual system carries the brand's wellness language across product, content and booking flows so visitors get the same experience they'd get walking into a location.
Two products, one wallet
Members earn and redeem against both spa appointments and product orders from a single wallet. The store and the booking experience share customer state so the front desk and the storefront are looking at the same record.
Locations as content
100+ spa locations get individual pages with local content — services, opening hours, team — so members find exactly what they need for their nearest spa.
