E-commerce development in the UK, and across EMEA.
E-commerce development in the UK backed by engagements you can look up: VAX UK for nine years, TTI Group across 18 regional sites, Hoover EMEA launched in eleven weeks. Magento and Hyvä where the catalog is complex, Shopify Plus where speed to market wins.
The UK is where our longest-running engagements live. VAX UK — a 45-year-old home-appliance and floor-care brand — has been a partner for nine years. They had already spent serious effort on plug-ins and code changes and the performance ceiling was still in sight; we moved the storefront to Hyvä on Magento 2, rebuilt the front-end architecture, tested compatibility across 250+ extensions and rolled it out in stages with SEO held. LCP now averages under two seconds and mobile conversion is up 34%.
TTI Group — parent of Milwaukee, Ryobi and AEG — runs a login-gated private-sales platform we built for their European workforce, integrated with SAP across 18 regional websites, with per-employee spending limits, PIM sync for 10,000+ products and custom warehouse-selection logic. Their Digital Applications Director for EMEA put it plainly: "VAX and TTI would not have achieved what we've achieved without DTN."
Further into EMEA, Hoover is worth describing precisely rather than loosely: the engagement was Hoover EMEA's Middle East storefronts for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with right-to-left Arabic layout, Arabic localisation and Arabic SEO, live in eleven weeks with zero cutover incidents. It is EMEA proof, not UK proof, and we would rather draw that line ourselves.
On payments, the layer UK and EMEA brands actually reach for is familiar ground: we have implemented Klarna and Adyen, plus AltaPay for a Danish subscription brand and Stripe for Milwaukee, with multi-currency processing across 13 country sites and 20+ markets. Carrier integrations — Royal Mail, DPD and the rest — we have not built yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. On contracts and data, we work under a written Data Processing Agreement and our sales and delivery terms are published rather than sent on request.
Six patterns from the work above.
Hyvä performance rescue
The VAX UK pattern: a Magento store that has hit its performance ceiling, moved to Hyvä with feature parity, staged rollout and rankings held. Sub-2s LCP on real devices.
Hyvä theme development →Multi-site rollouts on one platform
18 regional TTI sites and 20+ MASCOT markets from single platforms — separate currencies, languages, pricing and tax without eighteen separate codebases.
ERP-backed B2B commerce
SAP integration for TTI and MASCOT: real-time stock and price sync, contract pricing, account hierarchies, approval workflows, automated reordering.
B2B commerce →Fast launches when speed is the point
Hoover EMEA went live in eleven weeks with zero cutover incidents, including right-to-left Arabic. Shopify Plus where the calendar matters more than the customisation.
Published contracts and a signed DPA
A written Data Processing Agreement, published delivery terms, IP assigned to you from the first commit, and work done in your repositories under your review process.
Read the DPA →Written handover, not tribal knowledge
Architecture decisions, runbooks and deployment steps documented in your repository as we go. The test of a remote partner is whether your team can operate the thing without us on the call.
How the overlap works with UK hours.
Your morning is our late afternoon
A standard Hanoi day reaches into the UK morning; Gold and Platinum support runs to 16:00 UK. Most UK clients settle into a written-first rhythm with a daily live window.
Written-first, so nothing depends on a call
Decisions land in the tracker and the repository rather than in a meeting nobody minuted. It is how the TTI and VAX engagements have survived years, not sprints.
Review inside your working day
Pull requests raised before your morning so your team reviews with us still online, not the next day.
Staged rollout, never a big bang
The VAX Hyvä rollout was staged with full pre-launch validation across 250+ extensions. Cutovers are planned events, not gambles.
All from published UK and EMEA work.

The stack.
Common questions.
Can you give UK client references?
Yes. VAX UK has been a client for nine years and TTI Group — Milwaukee, Ryobi, AEG — for their European private-sales platform. Their EMEA Digital Applications Director is quoted on our homepage. We will arrange a reference call once a conversation is serious.
Are you a Magento agency in the UK?
No — we are in Hanoi, and you should know that before the kickoff call rather than after it. What we have instead is a nine-year UK engagement in VAX, an EMEA-wide one in TTI, a signed DPA and published delivery terms. A UK agency will beat us on same-room availability; we tend to win on platform depth and on what a multi-year engagement actually costs.
How do contracts, GDPR and data processing work?
We sign a written Data Processing Agreement, and our sales and delivery terms are published. Work happens in your repositories, under your licence terms, with IP assigned to you from the first commit. Where your compliance team needs data residency in a specific jurisdiction, raise it early — it is an architecture decision, not a paperwork one.
Which payment gateways have you integrated?
Klarna and Adyen, plus AltaPay for a Danish subscription brand and Stripe for Milwaukee — alongside multi-currency processing across 13 country sites for Goodiebox and 20+ markets for MASCOT. Carrier integrations such as Royal Mail and DPD we have not built yet; send the API documentation and we will scope it and tell you which parts are routine for us and which would be a first.
How much of our day actually overlaps?
Hanoi is GMT+7, so a standard 09:00–18:00 day here is 02:00–11:00 GMT — it reaches your morning but not your afternoon. Gold and Platinum support windows run 09:00–22:00 GMT+7, which is 03:00–16:00 UK and covers almost your whole working day. For engineering work most UK clients pair a daily live window with a written-first cadence; we will map the actual hours with you rather than quote a comfortable number.
Do you work with UK agencies as a delivery partner?
Yes, white-label delivery behind an agency is a normal arrangement — our name never has to appear. The commercial shape is the dedicated-team model: named engineers, monthly rate per role, one invoice.
Where to next.
Ask us for the reference call.
Tell us what your store is stuck on. If a nine-year UK engagement is the kind of proof you want, we will arrange the conversation.
