Project Manager
Run e-commerce projects for global brands — from discovery through launch and into long-term operation. Senior team, fixed-price engagements, no hourly billing — your job is outcomes, not timesheets.
What you'll do
The work.
- Own delivery on 1–3 active engagements: scope, schedule, budget, risk, communication
- Run two-week sprints with weekly demos and a public backlog — no shadow plans
- Be the single point of contact for clients during the engagement
- Pair with senior engineers and designers on scope and trade-off decisions
- Run quarterly business reviews — outcomes, not activity
What we need
Must-haves.
- 5+ years running software / e-commerce projects, including with Western or international clients
- Comfortable working with senior engineers — you can read a backlog and a tech spec
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Calm under pressure; strong opinions held loosely
- Track record of on-time, on-budget delivery on at least 5 non-trivial projects
Nice to have
Bonus, not blockers.
- Background in software engineering before PM
- PMP, PRINCE2, or formal agile certification
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce)
